In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the magic behind achieving crisp points, perfect angles, and beautifully structured designs. Think of it as quilting’s version of building a snowflake — precise, intricate, and totally satisfying!

Foundation Paper Piecing uses paper as your stitching guide, giving you sharp, accurate blocks every time. Once you're done, the paper peels off like unwrapping a gift — leaving behind something stunning.

• Types of foundation papers & how to prep them
• Floating Points & Smart Corners
• Using Templates & Layout Sheets
• Seam management (stacked & nested)
• Tips for precision piecing & stress-free assembly

🪡 Materials to Bring:
Sewing machine, rotary cutter, 12” Add-A-Quarter ruler, scissors, iron, paper clips, glue tools, fabrics (listed below), and other basic notions.
Julie will provide your fold templates — a little gift to get you started!

Fabric Requirements:
• ½ yd background (sashing)
• ½ yd border
• (16) 10” squares — 8 light, 8 dark
• 1½ yd backing
• ⅜ yd binding
