Yes, we do. Machines purchased from BERNINA Lafayette / Lola Pink Fabrics receive discounted service pricing and priority status. Customers who purchased from us may also qualify for same-day clean, oil, and service appointments.

We do not charge an upfront fee to repair machines. Bring your machine in and we will assess the issue and provide an estimate for repair. If you decide not to move forward with the repair, a $50 assessment fee will apply. Otherwise, you would only pay for the repair itself.

During a clean, oil, and service, we remove the covers and thoroughly clean out lint, fuzz, needle bits, pins, and old grease. We remove old oil and replace it with fresh BERNINA oil and grease. We also perform the necessary service checks to make sure your machine is running smoothly and according to BERNINA specifications.

BERNINA recommends servicing your machine once a year or every 1 million stitches.

We work to complete service and repairs as quickly as possible. A typical clean, oil, and service with no major issues is usually finished within 14 days, often sooner. If parts are needed or there are additional issues, the timeline may be longer. Machines purchased from BERNINA Lafayette / Lola Pink Fabrics receive priority status.

Usually, no. Deposits are only required in special circumstances, such as certain older machines or more unusual repair situations.

Yes. Service appointments are available for customers who purchased their machine from BERNINA Lafayette / Lola Pink Fabrics. Appointments incur a $25 charge in addition to the regular service price.

To qualify, the machine must be in good working condition and only need a clean, oil, and service. Appointments are generally available on Wednesdays and Thursdays and must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.

Please bring your power cord, foot control, #1 foot, and bobbincase. You may also bring your #3A foot and embroidery module if needed. If your embroidery machine uses a different bobbincase, please bring that as well. All other accessories can stay home.

All work performed by BERNINA Lafayette includes a 90-day warranty on the work completed and on parts installed by us. This does not include work not performed by BERNINA Lafayette or parts not installed by us.

Regular service helps remove old oil and grease, clean out lint and fuzz in places you cannot reach, and make sure your machine is running properly according to BERNINA specifications.
