Tammy is our top-of-the-line machine expert—the one who genuinely loves learning every feature a machine has to offer and turning that knowledge into fun, confidence-building projects for others. She’s been sewing and embroidering since 2001 (right after her daughter was born) and learned by doing—watching her mom sew and then teaching herself one project at a time.
She’s been teaching specialty machines for over four years, and her superpower is helping students get the most from their investment—without overwhelm. After years with another brand’s top model, Tammy made the leap to BERNINA in 2024 and went all in, learning as much as possible as fast as possible. Now she leads our Stitch Lab Pro series with a teaching style that’s upbeat, practical, and packed with “aha!” moments.
Tammy is also proud to be part of the BERNINA Lafayette community and loves that education is at the heart of everything we do.
